It is believed that pollution will be decreased by raising charges on various industries; By contrast, others disagree with this. This essay will discuss both points of view and present my opinion.
On the one hand, there are reasons why people hold a belief that decreasing taxes on various industries will reduce pollution. Nowadays, environmental pollution is a serious matter to human health all over the world, due to government should encourage by reducing taxes on environmentally friendly companies in order to better quality of our lives. For example, Tesla company is developing an electric car, which lead to decreasing emit carbon dioxide in the air. Consequently, decreasing taxes will help them and other companies to enhance this industry in the future.
On the other hand, there are plenty of solutions to avoid pollution that should be used by the government. Strick punishment policies are issued in particular industries relating to bad behavior in environmental pollution; therefore, pollution will be considered by many companies, and this thing helps them avoid decision fines from authorities agencies. Moreover, the government should regularly inspect relating with complying environmental protection in serious industries in order to reduce pollution. Particularly, a number of companies in an industrial park have a potential violation for illegal discharging of waste into the environment. As a result, their knowledge about pollution will be significantly enhanced and they have to measures to protect against pollution.
In conclusion, to effective pollution issues, the government should be used both strategies mentioned above. In my opinion, issuing punishment policies will help reduce pollution more effectively than increasing taxes.
